Purpose
The purpose of this site is to provide a method for conveying information concerning Kootenai County Amateur Radio to members and other interested parties. It also allows for timely updates concerning Board member positions, phone numbers, and for distribution of the club’s newsletter, the Propagation.
History
Originally known as the Coeur d’Alene Area Amateur Radio Club, the first meeting was held on April 11th, 1952. The club was later reorganized as Coeur d’Alene Amateur Radio Club on May 25th, 1960. On April 17, 1972 it was renamed and reorganized to better represent its member base throughout the county when the Constitution for Kootenai Amateur Radio Society was adopted
License Testing
